Returns Policy
At Surrey Cigars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not delighted with the products you've chosen, we offer a hassle-free returns process. Please review the following guidelines:

Timeframe: You may return the products within 15 days of receipt to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please email info@surreycigars.com to report any issues within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition: The products must be returned complete, unused, and in their original packaging, in perfect condition. Please retain the original packaging for our inspection to validate your claim.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please send back the product and the original packaging within 15 days of receipt. Include a written claim explaining the reason for the return. We will not replace a damaged or faulty item until it has been returned.

Partial Returns: If you are returning only part of your order, please note that no refund will be given for delivery charges. Additionally, any requested services, such as gift wrapping, priority shipping, or engraving, are non-refundable.

Return Costs: You will be responsible for the costs of returning the products unless they are faulty or we have provided substitute products due to the unavailability of the original ones.

Order Cancellations We understand that plans change; however, please note that when an order is placed and then cancelled, Surrey Cigars incurs non-refundable transaction fees from payment providers.
If you choose to cancel your order after payment has been completed, a charge will apply. This charge is equivalent to the Delivery charge associated with your order.
This amount will be deducted from your total refund to cover the transaction and processing costs we have already incurred. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard returns process applies.
