A tasty Mareva vitola cigar with plenty of charm, the Regalias is part of the La Linea Retro and is presented in tins of five. These pocket cigar cases have been inspired by those much in vogue during the 1970's.

H. Upmann is one of the oldest cigar brands in existence, dating back to the 1840s. It began when Herman Upmann quit his job as a banker in the early 1840’s and set out to open a branch office in Havana. Upmann quickly realised he could begin a commercial endeavour in the industry, and in 1844, he made the bold investment in a cigar factory, officially launching the H. Upmann brand. 

Later on in 1922, both the Upmann bank and the cigar business went bankrupt. They had to sell up to J. Frankau & Co. This British firm continued producing the cigars until 1935, at which point the brand was sold on again to the recently established Menendez y Garcia Co., the makers of the famous Montecristo cigar. The new owners continued producing H. Upmann cigars until the nationalisation of the tobacco industry after the Cuban revolution.

H. Upmann's blend is composed exclusively of filler and binder tobaccos grown in the Vuelta Abajo zone, and all H. Upmann sizes are ‘tripa larga, totalmente a mano’ – long filler, totally handmade.
